Based in New York, James Donnelly is a seasoned facilitator and leader of Board and Senior Management workshops.

Since 1989, his leadership consulting, coaching and training work has taken him across the USA, Australia, Europe and the Middle East, and his experience of personal development has helped managers in different cultures, at all levels, to access and utilise ideas to suit their environment.

He has regularly designed and led sessions of leadership style and corporate culture for professional firms and at global partner conferences.

James works particularly effectively with experienced, talented managers who may have received relatively little formal training in the leadership aspects of their roles, and in bridging the gaps between theory and practice.
